i think what you are asking is if you can switch back to normal eqemu servers. if so then just patch to live and update (not until all clear is given for the 12-15live patch) then just put your eqemu eqhost.txt file back to your eq folder. thats it.
to switch back to wr later just run the patcher again.
i know this works because i have done it myself.
make sure that before you update through live that it has been cleared and is working with eqemu.
