EQ windowed

For some reason or another, I am totally unable to alt + tab out of EQ when windowed. It works perfectly fine on my other computer, but this one just wont do it. Any suggestions?

Do you have any other programs open? (irc, IEexplorer etc) If you don't, that could be why. Alt tab switches windows, and it's my experience, that I can't alt tab out of EQ unless another program is open. (to switch To)

I always have other windows open, which is why I need the alt + tab. I need to switch to msn conversations and such.

Does alt+shift+R work? This should release your mouse from eq so you can choose you other windows.

You can also go to the eq windows config file and edit the key presses necessary. I found alt shift r to be a bit unwieldy.

I just simply reassigned my 'mouse release' to the 'pause' key. One easy key stroke and I'm already there.

That's because EQ has disabled alt + tab, to fix it you need "Microsoft Windows Application Compatibility Toolkit"
