EQ Titanium Question

I purchased EQ Titanium a while back, and i installed it the other day, and was going to patch it, but i cant get to an advanced patch options, Station Launcher or something comes up and there are no patch options. am i fully patched? is there another way to patch? should i just run SoD?

If you have Titanium, there should be no reason you need to patch live. Skip that step, and follow the rest of the install guide.
