Entry Point?

I am able to run the patcher and receive files. However right when I start EQ, I get an error message saying "The procedure entry point _AIL_open_XMIDI_drive@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll" Any clues on this?

Have you downloaded and installed the .NET Framework? Just a thought as I have yet to install EQ/SoD

If you have, what I might suggest is that you retry the patcher. If that fails to address the issue, try downloading the files - HERE - to manually install the patch files. If all else fails, you may want to try uninstalling EQ/SoD and reinstalling - making sure to follow the instructions exactly.

Searching the forums for mss32.dll yielded numerous threads that reflected this - so you can always spend some time digging through old posts to try other suggestions, etc...

Yeah, you should be able to find the library file on google.

BUT IF you already have it, make a BACKUP BEFORE OVERWRITING. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT unless you want your system to die.
