Enthann/Shiritri vs. Heartlands

Being that Enthann and Shiritri are both Chaotic Neutral, and Heartlands only offers adjustments for Good/Evil/Lawful, I was wondering if there was something for the Enthann/Shiritri worshippers, mainly in regards to the augment they are missing out on from Heartlands Factions?

Also seems harder to boost Chaotic. Please inform me if I am misinformed.

Thanks

If you are a bard or rogue, pick Silvercrown. You can just power through the lawful back to max chaotic rather easily.

Would have been nice is thier was some underground group that you could have joined that screwed over the other 3 factions to gain Chaotic points.

Bards/Rogues have it easy :(

What about for something other than bard/rogue? such as a Ranger.

I want to pledge to Enthann but without the augment and not knowing how to work up chaotic points I was unsure if I should really do so.

It's not going to be easy no matter what. Your best bet would be to pick evil and get all the good hits you can (or good and take the evil)

but to be honest you'd be better off picking another diety than even trying that.

tbh enthan aug sucks. really sucks.

Maybe compared to the pre-nerf state but 50hp and Fercocity 3 is not bad at all.

Also I went CoI and it didn't seem to knock me out of spec much. I think I did the blackscale amulet afterwards for evil points (I think it gives evil hits? Perhaps I am mistaken?) to pushme back down to neutral.

You use Lawful/Chaos and Good/Evil adjustments to maintain neutrality in either category. You do not "miss out" on the faction aug by being neutral.

How would I go about getting chaotic points?

I was thinking it just hits the factions of Newport. But if I do line up evil on the main quest I can string it back in line.

Just a roleplayer's thought, it seems like too much work for a Shiritri worshipper to want to push one alignment out of sync and push it back to neutral. I can see an Enthann worshipper going to all the trouble cause they're all about self-improvement and discipline. Seems like some deity specific quests would give some alignment pushes. If that is not the case?

You start out neutral, so it's really not any "work" to get your alignment there.

You get chaotic points by doing chaotic things. The two best indicators are stealing and lying, any time you have the choice to do one of those two things it is almost always a chaos hit.

The aug quests for deities often give alignment hits, it's even possible for a quest to make you "more neutral" regardless of whether or not you were Lawful/Chaotic or Good/Evil to begin with.

It is possible and is done in the Sihala and Jayala quests actually.

Enthann doesn't have this yet, but will come when I eventually get to revamping that quest.

I meant in regards to the augments given out for Heartlands faction groups (pushing good/evil then pushing back), but I do understand the contradiction you have to work with. Seeing as how I haven't done it yet I don't exactly know, but I'm guessing it's not as much work (relative to the good/evil alignment) as it appears to be to keep Neutral alignment (getting max 5%) and get a maxed Heartlands faction augment.

thanks for the help! Needed some info before I actually align.

Look at the other ones. The focus effects I don't expect to be all that high, but I'd just as soon see them leave the aug altogether, or toss on something actually useful, that doesn't top out extremely quickly. The ice one I believe has never been made, but if its like the fire one, it isn't worth making (-5 mana and 2% spell focus, compared easily obtained off of things like...thurgadin rewards). Mystic and poisoned moonstone are the only acceptable choices for casters, and even they are fairly blah.

Though the ability to switch would be nice.
