Energy/Defense Specialization

The DOT portion of this new specialization doesn't seem to be working.
I put 250 pts in this last night & the damage on my dots didn't go up at all. I asked about 5 other people in the guild last night & they noticed the same thing.
People who are using nukes said they noticed a difference.
 
The damage works, but it's added after you recieve the message, so you don't see it.

Aka, bug.
 
Wiz explained this in ooc last night, it occurs after the actual damage so it doesn't show in the message.

I can't even see my DoT damage anymore. I've played with the option under Options -> Filters and no avail. I even tossed the DoT on myself and still nothing.
 
For a different issue, someone tell me how to see DoT damage. Don't give me the crap about "off" working, as mine has been off since I started. It used to work that way, but it doesn't anymore (ever since Wiz "fixed" it). I've tried everything, and it doesn't work. I don't think it has anything to do with me setting my /cmd filter all 1, would it?
