I compiled a list of the best resist debuffs each class can provide.
I'm sure theres some stacking issues / quirks in this list, please leave a post if you find some that are unexpected. I'm also fairly positive I'm leaving out some higher tier items with procs / clickies that debuff resists. If I'm forgetting a spell / proc your class has, please make a post and I'll update this list. Might make this post and the AC debuff post into a spreadsheet some day, but I don't think enough people care to justify doing it.
General format is as follows:
-Spell Name - debuff amount - type (MR/FR/PR etc) - slot - resist adjust for the debuff to land
Resist Debuffs:
BRD
-Relic Chant - 50*(Percussion Mod) - MR - SLOT 4
--(debuff portion is unresistable but unsure if the dot needs to be able to land)
-R2 - 40*(String Mod) - PR - SLOT 2 - neg25 poison
BST
-Spirit of Tearing - 10 - ALL - SLOT 7 - neg50 disease
CLR
-Fatebind - 20 - ALL - SLOT 6 - neg125 magic
DRU
-Archaic - 100 - FR - SLOT 2 - neg100 fire
--note: also provides 5% spell damage taken
ENC
-Tashanian - 41 - MR - SLOT 2 - Unresistable
MAG
-Mala - 35 - ALL - SLOT 1 - unresistable
-Malosini - 60 - ALL - SLOT 1 - 0 magic
-Air form pet - 4% spell damage taken - neg150 magic
NEC
-Scent of Dis - 36 - PR/DR/FR - neg50 poison
--note: stacks w/ druid archaic, wiki is out of date

-Exposure - 25 - CR - SLOT 2 - neg75 cold
-R1 - 15 - ALL - SLOT 12 - unresistable

-Concentrated Caustic Bile - 25 - PR - SLOT 5 - 0 poison
