I compiled a list of the best AC debuffs each class can provide. With the recent weapon rebalances and the knowledge that weapons are balanced around having all the AC debuffs and melee buffs, I figured a list like this would be helpful to the community. Expect a resist / spell damage taken debuff list soon. If theres interest, I can also compile a similar list for buffs.
I'm sure theres some stacking issues / quirks in this list, please leave a post if you find some that are unexpected. I'm also fairly positive I'm leaving out some higher tier items with procs / clickies that debuff AC. If I'm forgetting a spell / proc your class has, please make a post and I'll update this list.
The general format is as follows:
-Spell name - Spell AC value - Debuff slot
AC DEBUFFS:
SK
-R2 - 74 - SLOT 2
-Brazen - 75 - SLOT 6
-Shroud of Nightmares - 80 - SLOT 8
NOTE: For truly minmaxing, you can use touch of the succubus to give you melee the recourse, and then shroud of nightmares to overwrite the AC debuff with a better debuff.

-Fatebind - 40 - SLOT 4
DRU
-Archaic - 300 - SLOT 1
SHM
-Crippling Surge - 130 - SLOT 10
BRD
-R2 - 150 - SLOT 3
-Denon's Agonizing Discord - 131 - SLOT 2
BST
-Spirit of Tearing / Completeness - 50 - SLOT 6
NOTE: Theres actually an upgraded version of this debuff in the spell parser, but no spells available to players can actually proc it.

-R1 - 75 - SLOT 9
-R2 - 100 - SLOT 12
-EXPOSURE - 20 - SLOT 5 (might not stack w/ craedyl, can't remember if this ever got fixed)

-Molten Lead V - 25 - SLOT 9
ENC
-Misery - Not an AC debuff, but its -52 AGI
-Cripple - 115 - SLOT 10 (doesnt stack w/ shaman)
NEC
-Succussion of Shadows - 60 - SLOT 7
-Cardiac Arrest - 40 - SLOT 2
NOTE: Wiki says Succussion has stacking issues with SK stuff, not sure what exactly though. Cardiac arrest is just the predecessor to SK r2. Wiki also shows it as being 2 AC worse than Asystole at level 65, but it does more damage and has a better resist adjust.
