Level 49 targetted aoe Blanket of Forgetfulness has no text when it hits a mob, unlike it's level 39 counterpart or single target versions that say "soandso blinks a few times". It also seems to have no effect regardless of how many times i cast it, so I wonder if it is broken somehow.
