Enchanter Illusions

I would like it very much if race illusions fooled merchants so I could buy and sell to them. I noticed the lack of this in surefall. I have a human enchanter tried illusions on the human enchanter and a dwarf I have. no buying no selling. without this what good are the illusions?

Illusions seem to adjust faction, but since they do, I don't understand the RP aspect of merchants seeing through them. That would lead me to believe it's coded that way out of concern for game balance? /shrug

If I recall correctly, faction spells are broken at the moment. This is probably a corrollary of that.

race illusions still work fine for faction. surefall is just special in that it doesn't care about your race, only class. if you're not a ranger or druid they won't sell to you, even if you're a half elf paladin or something.
