After recently finding food items with the flowing thought effect (froglok tincture), and considering how mages can summon staves with the same effects.
I thought a way to increase enchanter usefulness at the lower levels and ease the mana regen downtimes for players who cant afford the higher end items would be to allow enchanters to convert water (summoned or store bought, who cares) into enchanted water which would allow it to give the flowing thought (1) effect.
This would be ideal for the lower levels to help you and other casters , as it seemed to take me FOREVER to get to level 16 just for breeze.
Enchanters are definently a group worthy class , but at the lower levels there is only so much they can offer , and most groups will shy away from them if they know they can get something else.
