Empower and group haste

Could Empower be made to have higher priority than the group haste spells (Wonderous Rapidity and Glory of Enthann)?

Empower is typically used for the tanks due to the AC and Stamina regen. Group haste is used for everyone else. As it stands now, group haste will overwrite Empower, and Empower will NOT overwrite group haste. The group haste spells have a much shorter duration than Empower (30 mins for WR, 1hr for Glory), so each time group haste wears off the tanks who prefer Empower either have to run out of range for the group haste cast, or click off the group haste after it overwrites, and the enchanter has to re-cast Empower on each tank.

If Empower had a higher priority so it would overwrite the group haste spells and not be overwritten by them, it would make the tanks' and enchanter's lives easier.

P.S. Did Empower recently have the Agility modifier removed? IIRC, it used to increase Agility, however the spell parser now says "Increase Agility by 0". Or is this a deficiency in the spell parser?

It still increases agi.
Empower is a less powerful haste than GoE, so it won't be made higher priority. Whether or not people think Empower is better is not the point. If people want empower, then they just have to click off GoE and ask for it. This idea has already been discussed and dismissed.

It may be better than Wonderous Rapidity overall, but the haste % on WR is better and hack fixes to get it to overwrite it really aren't the way to go.

as long as we're discussing stacking, can Gift of the Giantkin (65) be made to overwrite Boon of the Garou (44) and wolf form and werefrog..

Illusions don't overwrite each other by default, if I remember correctly. I'll bring it up though, to see if it's worth a work-around.

Btw, I HAVE a thread in SoD discussion that outlines what you are supposed to do about spell stacking. So really, you should be PMing me directly with issues.

If this is the case I appologize. Searching the forums on "Empower" only turned up a handfull of threads, none of which apparently discussed this.

I meant among the staff and Wiz. I tend to bring up spell issues with him that don't make it to the boards, so I can't fault you for not knowing.
