Elemental Infused Ward.

The following item is from a pretty difficult event in the prison that's accessible after you kill MotG and have the key:

Elemental Infused Ward
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM NO DROP
Slot: RANGE
AC: 15
Focus Effect: Companion Strength V
HP: +150 MANA: +150
SV FIRE: +30 SV COLD: +30
Weight: 0.4 Size: Tiny
Class: ALL
Race: ALL

Not bad, 150hp / mana raw is quite nice, and the saves are definitely nice as well... The focus is decent, can be found on other items of the same level, but nice nontheless. The item is fairly lacking if you ask me compared to the rest of the loot in the zone. The event to get said item requires a force of probably 30 people that are well geared and aa'd.

The following item is from a mob that is killable with 18 people and is a far easier mob.

Lexicon of Ancient Lore
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM NO DROP
Slot: RANGE PRIMARY SECONDARY
Effect: Incarnation of Ice (Must Wear Clicky, 10.0)
CHA: +15 INT: +15 MANA: +150
SV FIRE: +25 SV COLD: +10
Weight: 1.5 Size: Small
Class: NEC WIZ MAG ENC
Race: ALL

First of all, I'm going to compare it to the Ward listed above, but *keep in mind* this item could be used for primary / secondary making it a much more versatile item.

With the effect on the Elemental Infused ward, one would assume it's INT caster oriented, with beastlords too. Now, the effect on Lexicon is some nifty looking pet or something, not exactly sure. Regardless, the lexicon has 15int and 15cha, and it is down 15ac 150hp, now given the classes that the infused ward is geared towards, they'd much rather have 15int 15cha over 15ac 150hp ( save maybe? necromancers ).

And this comes from a mob that is trivial as hell to any decent raid force on the server ( it's an sk tank straight up heal / dps fight ) compared to a 4 mob event that's far more challenging. I think the ward should either be given stats to make it more appealable to int casters, or should be given some AC and melee stats to appeal it to melee.

I'll probably end up getting Lexicon nerfed, sorry Kemper, Darlene, and others, but the infused ward is quite comparable to lexicon and the mani event is far far far far far more difficult than waltzing in to storms eye and waxing glib..

Just GETTING TO the mani event requires you to kill gotss, killi 4 mini bosses, then motg, then clearing more trash.. where as glib you just coh to him.

if you don't want the ward, can I have it?

KAS

(the pet effect on lexicon is supposed to be a toy effect. gravy, as it were)

CHA/INT 15 isn't even remotely anywhere in vicinity of being not completely utterly far away from 150hp. This is ridiculous.

Now see, the problem here is that in Zhakland I said:

150 hp is the same as 15int/cha

And in the real world I said

CHA/INT 15 isn't even remotely anywhere in vicinity of being not completely utterly far away from 150hp. This is ridiculous.

Please calibrate Zhakland to be properly aligned with the real world before continuing discussion.

The following is what I said

I never fucking said 150hp is the same as 15 int/cha ( unless im really sleep deprived and missed it in rereading my post 3 times.

I didn't try to flame you in making this post, it was something I felt should be brought to the attention of the dev's, flaming people who are trying to help improve the server probably isn't the best way to keep getting feedback.

150 hp is probably going to be a lot more beneficial in the future than 15cha/int when it comes to raid content. For that particular item, at least.

The item is meant to appeal to a large audience, given the all/all. Yes, some classes will have better items but by and large most classes would be happy to have that item. I agree with Kas, give it to him. =P

I'm just curious how you could have missed that I think the difference between the two items is perfectly in line since I specifically pointed out there's a huge difference.
