Get refuge faction. Trade junk tomes and complete more of the MQ line to get tokens that you can trade for your class tomes. That's how I got a couple of my class tomes. Its more expensive and maybe you would be better off waiting while you complete your CoP/other important healer tomes but it's an option. Not 100% sure if ever class can do this.
