Effects Window Empty

For some reason, my effects window remains empty, regardless of what or how many buffs are on my character.

Not sure if this is the appropriate forum in which to seek info on this, but search has not yielded any results so far and I am hoping to get some feedback on a possible fix.

If you're still running the default UI it's probably because you need to just expand your buff box, make it a little bigger then they should pop up. I had the same issue when I first started, no clue why it's like that. As far as I know that's the only bug with spell effect windows.
