Easter raffle question

Since we are allowed only one ticket per player, if we win something, can we pick which character gets the reward, or is the ticket buyer the only character eligible to win?

usual rule is, the char that buys ticket gets reward.

One player... Does that mean "player" as a real person (not per account) or does that mean if you have 2 accounts and your kid plays one of the accounts that counts as another "player"? or does it really mean, 1 ticket per IP address?

Usually, no.

That said, it's not uncommon for someone to compile and post a list of prizes and winners afterwards.

This is going to start anywhere from 1am-3am in the morning for us which probably means a great deal of us are not going to be able to participate (except for the charm drawing).
