Earth Salves (vah)

Ok I know a couple named in earth dropped salves for Vah, and rumoured some trash does. But these named are ALWAYS dead. And I mean always, perma-killed! Can anyone confirm any other named and/or specific trash mobs that drop these?

the trash around the brownie named i've seen 2 drop right in a row off these

I have seen them drop off all of the name specific trash(wood people, water sprites,druid girls, brownie dudes etc) but a few people insist to me that any trash in zone can drop it but I have never seen this happen.
