I'm on the sixth overseer warrior ring quest, and when i gave the device to the clockwork scout he crackled and gave me the message as if he were to start pacing his way home. Yet, he failed to move an inch. I tried everything in my power to fix it, hailing various related quest npc's, and no luck. Is this part of the quest all together not working, or just me?
