Druid Starfall: Crook of the Harvest

Does a dazzling drake not spawn in Goblinskull anymore? I've been camping it near the Greater Fay zoneline for 3 days now and have never seen it! I've asked other druids and they are also having problems with this spawn. Is it broken? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!
 
There's a known bug where sometimes named mobs and their PHs just stop spawning. At the moment, the undertaker and the recluse in miel a and miel b, respectively, don't spawn, by way of example.

So how does one determine in game whether something suffers from this bug, and to petition it, or if something is just a mean damned spawn heh.
 
I had the exact same problem with the ghoul seer in Shrouded Isle for the monk starfall. I petitioned and asked a GM if he could repop the zone and he did, and it fixed it right away. Differenc ebeing however that this mob only has 1 spawn point, so I knew right away it was broken when it was empty for 2 days straight.

Despite this it doesnt seem like it would give anyone an advantage if a GM just ran through and repopped the zone once just to ensure that the spawn is working, regardless of the rarity.
 
They don't always do that--for example, the GM i talked to wouldn't repop miel a presumably because of sludgebreath.
 
I have been working on the Dazzling Drake every day for 1-2 hours since SoD went live and I have yet to see it.

I am getting overly frustrated with this spawn.

Please check to see if it is broken and if so let us know.

I have petitioned two times with no response.

GMs are busy I know.

Just would like some kinda answer, even if it is keep at it it will spawn.

Just hate wasting all the time I could be bonding with other players and learning new things, instead of traning mobs into the Silver Crowns.

This has been reported in the buglist and the bug is now closed, so I would say keep at it, as it appears to have been looked at and deemed fixed.

Its up now.

Edit 1: It spawned near the camp of npcs Silverhand I think. They killed it since it got too close.

Edit 2: Another spawned on the opposite side from the silver crown npcs. A druid got this one. Announcing em in ooc when I see em.
