Druid Starfall 2

I'm starting to think that the Druid Starfall 2 quest is broken. According to Nahra, the Cloak of Ill Fortune drops off the shadows in Whisperling at night. I've spent one whole SoD night in there and cleaned the whole zone of them a few rounds, with no cloak dropping. These NPCs don't even seem to have a drop table (they never drop anything).
Other druids I talked to tried killing gnolls and other NPCs that roam Whisperling at night, with no success.

I believe Nahra is the only druid to have managed completing this quest.
 
Someone appears to have deleted this drop for god knows what reason. :psyduck:

Fixing it.
 
It is clearly working now. A group of low 60's slaughtered them all and got the shaman drop, two capes and a rogue drop without having them to re-spawn.

The cape, however is not all that great.
 
yeah, i'll be updating wiki on the cape, its 10 char 10 wis 15 agi and affiction enhancement 4 thou
