has the spell gem color of rains but its a targeted pbaoe

ok im assuming this spell is meant for trip kiting sense 1 its a 2.0 stun = huge agro and 3 targets i don't see a point for this in group situation

the lower level spell winters claim is a much better kite spell because it is cold damage and if 1 resists you do not then have to rest you entire kite

im just wondering this sense it seems to be that this spell is
1. completely useless spell it because at level 62 druids get a targeted pbaoe 1150 dmg 440 mana that dosent stun the targets
2. it is a completely new line of spells we have aes in cold stuns in magic rains in magic but no ae stuns /boggle


could this be made into a different spell like a level 60s version of the fire dot line maybe i don't know any other ideas welcome or if im wrong and everyone else finds this spell useful and what not

I've only cast this spell once, thinking it was a rain(darn miscolored gem). Once I learned it wasn't a rain, I have not used it, and have never found a use for it since.
