Druid "moon spirit" Quest

Has anybody successfully completed the druid "Moon Spirit" quest, someone in surefall gives it to you (can't remember her name off hand, I will find it later) and tells you to go sit on a "natural rock bridge" in the caverns in surefall. I have sat on every bridge, every bit of floor that has water under it, and even some places that were close to water. Not once have I seen the moon spirit show up. I have sat in places for up to 30 mins real time. Not sure if this quest is bugged, broken, or if I am just not doing right.

Yes I was there after nightfall Like the quest giver says, I must just not be doing it right. thanks

I've completed it and I'd say you were at the wrong bridge like I was most of the time. It's not the bridge that leads to the clicky-gem to get to Jaggedpine on EQLive. After nightfall, you'll definitely know that you found the moon spirit. It looks like a willowisp.

I have run this quest. The bridge you are looking for is very small (length wise) and as said previously - look for the willowisp - its easy to see (I believe the path you want is towards the left).
