When will the druid agroless charm animal spell be working? Is that an expansion feature, is it in affect now, or will it be soon?

Also will the shaman have this same ability?
 
I believe that was only a suggestion of what to change charm to before some player suggestions turned to be a much better solution.

No, charm will be a befriend spell in the future. That means no agro when it wears off or is resisted.
