Dropping packets from only SoD server several nights a week

So a few nights a week from about 8pm CST to 11pm CST I'll start getting massive lag in game. When I ping shardsofdalaya.com it times out. It is the only site that is having any loss at all and it's usually 75-100% loss on the ping test.

My internet provider is MaxxSouth. I've called them; they are saying the problem is with SoD's server. I've spoken to other players that use MaxxSouth and they're having the same problem as I am at the same time.

Other websites have loaded fine: google, yahoo, espn, youtube, reddit, facebook. Websites hosted by SoD take multiple attempts to load.

Is there any advice for me? Does anyone know why SoD has started acting up the past few weeks like this?
 
If it was about being unable to contact game server, I'd say its network congestion and your provider deprioritizes the UDP-packages that are sent from the server. Using a proxy, wrapping those UPD-packages in a TCP-frame worked for other people in the past.

If this is a thing foe forum/IRC as well, no idea.
