I currently run a level 52 rogue, which got killed in Thurgadin for picking the wrong lock which is understandable. But, after getting killed my heat was capped and apparently for some reason the Lottery Master in Athica takes offense to drawing heat as if she were a guard. I put down the game for a day after getting my duration renewed because she also sees invisible for some reason. Well, one day later I'm still capped on heat because it doesn't diminish while offline.
My suggestion is either allow heat to decrease while offline, remove the ability for that random npc to see invisible, or remove her status as a guard all together. I got killed by her in 4 swings literally, didn't even stand a chance to get away.
I now have to sit and do nothing in Athica for 45 more minutes since the heat didn't diminish while I was offline.
Another suggestion could be give rogues an AA that increases the rate that heat is reduced greatly, so they don't suffer and have to waste their time doing nothing. If nothing else as well, dying shouldn't cause more heat considering you've already been punished for your crime.
