recently a guildmate and myself accuired these gloves. when we went to turn in these gloves to have them become faction bound, they were simply given back as is with no slight upgrade. i would like to know if this is intended or a small oversight?
a quick search reveals that this very same question was asked in 2007 with no official responce. from my understanding there are a few drops in DHK that can not be faction bound. Any chance a dev could comment?
