All items and cash loots also quest peices are to be assumed claimed unless you have sent me a tell in game and have asked if it is or isn't. That is all.
Edit: Most if not all [No Drop] Loot will never be claimed unless it is actually a quest piece so do make sure and ask if it is/isn't! But hey gota cover my ass and make doing pugs simple right?
Feel free to delete / trashcan this post if it is do vague but this seemed like the best way to deal with this convoluted set of rules
