Draconic Armor Quest bug

When handing in my Draconic Leather Skullcap with the Exquisite Watersones to upgrade, I received in return an Ornate Draconic Leather Wristband. Got it fixed via petition, but thought you might like to know so it could be fixed for future folks.
 
Seems like a good place to add that doing the ornate silk hat turn-in nets both the draconic silk and the ornate draconic silk skullcaps.
