Donator issue

I can't afford to donate any longer. The donation page from the SoD main page has a separate account that I have no idea what the corresponding password is. When I attempt to reset the password, the instructions never send to my email. I assume you use this interface to manage your donation status.

Idaho. I didn't bring my PC when I got a job up here so I haven't really been playing video games. I have a netbook but it can't even really handle EverQuest. I'm kind-of done with MMOs these days anyway.
