Global models are models that are available in all zones. Non-global models used in a zone they don't exist in will result in spread-eagle naked human model.

It is, but it's a big fucking hassle like you wouldn't imagine (it involves individually editting a file for each zone).
With a good perl script, that could take all of a minute!
