Donation / Account Flagging / Character Transfer

Greetings,

I recently donated $30 and sent an email to [email protected] titled SOD Donator Status about getting a donator flag as well as a character transfer.

I'm just wondering if:

1- its ok that I put both the donator status request and the char transfer request in the same email.

2- I also put more text than just the text that I copied/pasted for the donator / char transfer forms, so I'm wondering if the text is parsed and whether or not I need to put the form and only the form exactly in the email.
