Donating For Gold Membership - Question

If i were to donate for gold membership (which im soon going to do) and recieve my boots on my characters, are those boots on those characters forever? or am i required to keep paying monthly in order to keep the boots? Thanks in advance...

The idea of a gold membership is that you pay monthly! I doubt they will like it if you start payments for Gold, receive your boots and after 1 payment you cut it off!
 
The thing i realized about gold donations is you shouldnt just DO IT for the boots , the boots are highly overrated and i find the fact of donating for only one account not worth it (especially if you dual box , which would mean to be REALLY effective youd want 2 seperate accounts).


Dont get me wrong , DONATE 2 SOD, but dont just do it for the perks.

I find myself RARELY using the boots past 20+
 
The boots are faster than a low level SoW, and you do not have to equip them to use them.

They are extremely worth the Gold membership, especially so if you do not have access to a SoW. :p
 
The boots are scale of the wolf , it breaks if u atk / cast , ect.


It has a 20 second cast time.

Do not GET this mixed up , SOW Is better.


Gold boots wont save u from trains ,ect , but it is NICE, but then again when isnt there somone to cast sow.
 
Well i never said i was doing it just for the boots, its just a question... i was planning on donating anyway and just wanted to know about the gold membership. If i want to donate 10 dollars once and cut it off i dont see why that would upset anyone... at least i donated in the first place at all.
