Does Eto's Earring of Change really exist?

I have been downing Demitri Eto in Western Wastes as often as I could for about a month now and have yet to see this earring drop. (I'd estimate that I've killed him 10 times.) The wiki does list it in his loot table, but I'm wondering if either the item has been removed, inadvertedly or otherwise, or if this might simply be an instance of wiki fabrication. Can anyone confirm that the earring does indeed exist, or even better, that it has dropped some time in recent history? I still have yet to find a Fomelo profile with the earring or even an in-game item link to it.

Thanks for the reply, Otcho. At least now I see that it exists! May I ask if it took you an inordinate amount of kills to acquire? I'm still suspicious that something might be wrong with Demitri's loot table.
