Do i need to keep all the left over quest items from like Newport ring, MQ, etc?

after finishing all these quests, my bank is pretty full of crap
i know i have like 7-8 books from MQ, several items newport items like badge of np, 4 notes from blackscale gate neck etc.
I figured i need to keep the stones from MQ, but do i really need all this other stuff?

They are nice to have around to have as bedtime stories for your children.

Those notes from the grobb gate ammy quest can be turned in for money to an NPC in grobb. Up to 125 plat for one of them if I recall.
