Do I need a Game account to play this?

I currently do not own Game or have an Game account, so, obviously I need to purchase the game, but regarding logging in once I have the game.  Do I log in using the name and password I created for SoD or do I have to have an active Game account?

Also, do I need to purchase all expansions?

Check out this Starting Guide page. Tells you everything you need to know. You'll patch everything on live, download a patch from here, then use your new SoD login to get into SoD. Good luck, and welcome.
