Do Focus Effects stack?

I think they did on live if they weren't just an upgraded version of the same focus effect (thus Improved Damage I not stacking with Improved Damage II), but I'm not sure how this works here.

So, here is an example of what am I asking. Woud Healing Increment III from Turtle Shell Shield stack with Crude Earthen Runes from Amulet of Earth?

No.

They don't stack. They are also handled differently than live.

healing increment I will affect any spell, but on for a small percent.

Healing increment II will affect any spell, for more, etc etc.

Actually... I think those 2 focus do stack. Since they are 2 seperate things. But, of course, the easiest way to check is to test them yourself.

You always use your best focus of any given type.

They do not stack.

Yes, FT "stacks".

The reason that is though--is because it's not actually a focus effect.
