Is this item supposed to be a weapon, a shield? Why is it Primary & Secondary with a Combat proc that cant be procced. And on another note, I was curious as to why it has such a useless effect on it in the first place. Why am I getting items with level 40ish charms from the Djar's in Tower of Tarhyl? This just seems very underpowered for some of the other items that drop from the boss.

Unfortunately there is little insight to be given for the ToT items with the exception of a couple I did before going on break and when Zaela took the project over. She is currently MIA and therefore not around to ask. When Woldo or I has time the zone will have to be looked over for rebalencing of items. Until then we'll spot fix the items as posted here and deemed necessary.

With that being said it looks like this effect was meant to be a clicky perhaps, being that there is no way to use this item in combat. I can't say much else about the effect itself other than perhaps it's there simply for flavor. :shrug: Either way, at first glance I'd tend to aggree, but I'll double check with woldo about the mob's intended difficulty.

I am giving Zaela a bit more time regarding most of the items that need a gander in TOT but I went through yesterday and tweaked the worst offenders.

The changes, which include this scroll, went in this morning.

Considering I think its something like 50% of the loot in tot hasnt been seen yet i would doubt a list.
