Easiest way is the pale bandits in OSM who always drop one but hit kind of hard and come in a linked pull of 3. Gnolls in DFS also drop disease/poison crafted weapons but may be hard to find what you need.

I got mine from the gnolls in DFS, this was before I knew that the bandits in OSM dropped them 100% though.. took me several clears and they have an awful respawn.
