Disconnecting while zoning or logging in.

Hi when I play at my girlfriends house who has the same internet provider as me, I NEVER dc... But when I go to my house it sometimes takes me 3-10 times just to get one character logged into the game, Any ideas on how to fix this? Something I can download to prevent this from happening further?
 
I was having some luck with using CyberGhost VPN for that problem. I think now its filled with malware or shitware or something.

But a VPN may solve your problem.
 
Need more context besides "we have the same internet providers." Just because you're paying the same company for an internet connection doesn't mean the connection points upstream are going to be the same. Some potential troubleshoots:
  • In what ways does your setup differ from your girlfriend's (i.e., different routers, etc.)?
  • Have you tried comparing a tracert from both locations? (tracert io.shardsofdalaya.com)
  • Are you using a wireless router?
  • Are you using port triggering?
