Ok, back on EQlive I played a level 66 mage. I hated people with Dire charm. Their pets, if used properly, were almost on par with mine! Yuck!!! I also hated the fact that people with Dire Charm had easy access to pre-seeded DC mobs in all raid and EXP zones. That was just too much!!!
Well now I play an enchanter and I see why. DC costs 9 aa's, and you have to have access to class aa. Also, our sword/sheild pets are pathetic, I mean, when/if they hit a mob it is for less DPS than I can even do in melee...sad sad sad, and they have no HP.
Now, Sure, I would buy DC if I could use it, but how many high end raid/exp zones have mobs at or below 49 in them? Hmmm...oh yea, stormkeep, and I think that is it. So, my question is, will there be any mobs 'seeded' in zones for these purposes? They dont have to be right at the zoneing calling out to be DCed like on eqlive, but they should be available somewhere in the zones, like in some corner or somesuch...pretty please?
