Dire Charm

I was just wondering if dire charm is worth the 9aa it costs? I am an enchanter, and it seems that the lvl 50 cap on what you can charm is pretty low. Is there anything that you can dire charm that is actually worthwhile? Or is it just a waste of 9aa?

EDIT - I am lvl 65 btw keep that in mind.

no =). it gets broken, PL bug makes it so you can't have long-term pets, and 50 IS quite low when you're getting xp thats worth a darn at level 65. Limited time charm is GREAT though, your highest level (not the non-resistable 1minute version), is awesome in groups. I used it on dragons and shissar all the time, and FYI, pet heals are darn fun.
 
I am currently at almost 460's aa's and i still haven't bothered with this AA. Then again, i am a druid which means i em even more limited in what i can charm then you are. I can easily see DC become the VERY LAST aa i will buy to max it all out.
