Didn't receive a Mysterious Summons from The Last.

My character, Ksarn, didn't receive a summons nor the flag necessary to start the main quest line. I was told in the starting guild that you're able to begin the quest without the summons as long as you approach the right NPC, I tried and nothing happened. After that, I petitioned and was instructed by GM-Xar to post a topic on this forum for the Quest Team to see.

The other part he is referring to that is not showing up: The main quest for him did not populate in his journal.
