Just noticed the Bearers of Truth section is no longer around. Is it only viewable for those in the guild or is it just gone?

It won't be a guild, it will be a special tag that anyone can get, irregardless of guild.

I've been out of the loop for a couple weeks now due to hurricane Wilma and I've still got a Bearers guildtag. I was wondering if this 'new incarnation' has happened yet? And if so, how do I get back in? Or in the right spot.
