Deyranni DoT

When the deyranni disease is cured the spell graphic disappears but the dmg keeps ticking. Was hoping this could be fixed.

It's not just Deyranni dot, there are more dots where the icon is gone after some cures, but it requires some more casts till the dot stops ticking for real.
But yeah, it's annoying.
