Devs, Im stuck on a death loop!

Ok, so i am a human necro, lvl 8. I Gated from BB to newport to buy new spells and got killed by a KoS citizen in my own sewer...ok.. w/e. But then when i respawn i have an unknown spell that keeps killing me every time i spawn. If you go to the entrance of newport, youll see more 8-10 corpses hanging out like theres a keg party going on. Is this normal and i'm just too drunk too realize that its part of the servers game mechanics? Maybe possibly a glitch??

Either way can i get out of this horrid situation so i can start on the some 800% death penalty i have accrued and continue on with my characters progression!!

YOu need to make an alt & petition in game... because you didn't even put the character name to be fixed.

PS - EXP debt never goes over 100%. =D
