Please contact Christina Serenity at [email protected]
Please ensure to attach PatchWR.err and add the following
Message to the body of the email:
debugInclude = eql_misc.ew
debugFunc = changeToGZ()

If anyone can please help me get around this that would make this so much easier...I've tried getting to the patch countless times...reinstall everything 10-15 times...and to no avail. This pops up after I configure my patch and right before the patch starts..It get jammed up at either updating core files or i think somehting along the lines of eqstr_us.txt. I'm not amazing with computers and I've tried all I can. Also after this screen pops up a file pops up to where i have the patcher saved and it says "PatchWR" with ERR File written under it. If anyone can help that would help me tremendously.

I've recieved the same error message as well. I've followed the instruction to email, but if anyone has fixed it with their own manner of tinkering, I would be greatly obliged to hear the result!

Thanks in advance!

If patcher doesn't work, you need to download the patchfiles and then run eq without the patcher (i.e. with 'patchme' or eqwindows)

I was getting this error when I moved my patch icon from my WREQ folder to my desktop. I had to create another shortcut to the patcher so I could move one to my desktop while leaving the original in my folder. I dunno why this was happening like this, but it might be worth trying if you haven't already.

The patcher just hasn't worked for me since, so I download the patch files directly from WR's Files link, then sign on directly through EQw without going through the patch program.
