Deleted Files.txt, still no pass

My patcher still gets stuck on generalcommands.html even though i deleted the files.txt. Anyone know what i should do?
 
Do you run Norton on your pc by chance? If so try disabling it (sometimes it automatically turns itself back on so make sure you double check it - evil, evil Norton :mad:).
 
You could also try deleting that html file and have the patcher just recreate it from scratch. Make sure you click advanced and click repatch all, then patch and run.
