Deity Augs and Deity reset

If you started or even finished an augmentation quest for a deity, and then changed your deity after they were reset, are you still able to continue with the quest or keep your augment?

AFAIK only Enthann aug is in so far, and faction bound. So you prolly won't be able to keep your aug if you swear to another deity.
