Defender's Talisman

I don't know why I haven't asked this before (at least a search came up with no results), but is it intended for the Defender's Talisman that drops in PoV to be aug-slotless? If so, please disregard this post, if not I request that a slot be added. Due to it being more of a necklace than a neckguard, it would make sense for it to be type 3.
