Decanter of the Brave, fear resistance??

Is the Decanter of the Brave worth getting ? I know it's somewhat easy to get while doing the MQ but I have it on two toons and haven't used it other than in PVP. I'm inquiring for my twink warrior. I searched the forums but seems it may only be utilized for Traekoth the Ancient, I'd rather collect frog eyes and catch the plague to help speed through the MQ

It is useful fear resistance for dragons of all ages and sizes. If you don't raid, and don't ever plan to (never say never), then skip it. But it doesn't take much to get, and will see lots of situational use through the raid tiers.

I got two toons with over 30 tomes each and have never used it on them, other than PvP.. With it being a short duration, it'd probably only be useful to start a fight and I don't know any bosses that fear at engage in the higher tiers. I think I'm just gonna skip it

Only time I ever recall using it was while tanking something in Tower of Agony or Plane of Agony or whatever that tier 2-3ish place is.
